Forte Demolition strives to uplift local communities and invest in the previously disadvantaged in order to improve their skills and abilities and combat unemployment. Through the recruiting and training of temporary local labour at different project locations, individuals in the community are suitably equipped to enter the labour market.
We believe that building relationships within the community enables us to effectively assess and appropriately address its needs. Through promoting volunteerism in our workplace, we are involved in relevant social development initiatives in previously disadvantaged communities, including community projects such as the building of local community churches and charity organisation homes.
